March 2021 Abbotsford Real Estate Market Update

It was priced really well but most people would want to update it and that would cost a lot of money so I was really surprised when he told me, that with less than a week of exposure to the market, they were preparing to present 32 different offers! Now that is a lot of activity on one property! While there might be other situations that are similar, I think it should also be said that not all properties receive this kind of attention.   1. SFD Benchmark Price $1,068,300 or an increase of 29.7% from the previous year and 8% from the previous month.
  2. 243 new Sales
  3. Median Days to sale was 7
  4. 378 New listings. 258 Active Listings with the average selling price being 107.9% of the original asking price.
  5. We currently have a little over one month of inventory and
  6. the median sales price for all types of the property was $810,000.
